Regular washing can help prevent stains. Dishwasher use is recommended. Diluted chlorine and lime remover can often remove tough marks/blotches. Scrubbing with dish soap & baking powder can remove dark lines in glaze caused by cutlery. Grease stains on matte glaze can be washed away with baking powder & water. Rub fingerprints w/food-safe oils, let sit, then clean w/soap & water. Boiling water should stop rolling/bubbling before pouring into tableware, & pre-heating is advisable if item is cold to the touch.
