Orders are processed and shipped every Tuesday and Thursday via USPS. You also have the option to pick up their orders at our Beaumont location in NE Portland, OR. At checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping cost and options. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation email with the details of your order. You may return items for store credit within 14 days of the purchase as long as they are in their original condition and returned to us with their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is found to be damaged or defective. If you wish to return an item, please contact our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before sending it back. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on coffee products as they are perishable.
