Hand-forged at MK Studio, each piece is one-of-a-kind and may have blemishes such as holes or drips- all hallmarks of the handmade production process. The matt glaze and firing temperature of each item adds to its individuality and may result in slight variations of coloring.

Regular washing can help prevent stains. Dishwasher use is recommended. Diluted chlorine and lime remover can often remove tough marks/blotches. Scrubbing with dish soap & baking powder can remove dark lines in glaze caused by cutlery. Grease stains on matte glaze can be washed away with baking powder & water. Rub fingerprints w/food-safe oils, let sit, then clean w/soap & water. Boiling water should stop rolling/bubbling before pouring into tableware, & pre-heating is advisable if item is cold to the touch.
